Michael Foster and his group have
done 2 condo conversion map projects for me. The
first was in Emeryville, a three unit complex (a
duplex and a cottage) and the second in San
Francisco (2 unit building) just completed in 2011
with my sister and daughter. I was so pleased when
I went to start our condo conversion in San
Francisco to learn that Michael was working in the
city and fully understood it. His crew did a
stellar job! It was done in a timely manner and
maybe most importantly never did I call with a
question that I was not answered before day's end.
A breath of fresh air in the service business! As
a 20 year plus residential realtor in San
Francisco I have been involved professionally many

I wish I'd
known when we started our San Francisco condo

As a residential

year. I was surprised and pleased at how
